I've had the privilege of working with great brands and people in my career. I've been working in social media since 2008 and have seen the industry evolve. See some of my favorite projects through the years.
PGA TOUR Player Content
In 2017, I led the PGA TOUR's partnership with opendorse to distribute content to the TOUR's athletes for the first time. While overseeing the program for five seasons, we published more than 6,500 pieces of content across PGA TOUR Player social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). In addition, I managed a team that grew to seven people and assisted our Player Partnerships team in aiding players understand the business side of social media.
From 2019 to 2021, I was the Press Attache for USA GOLF. I oversaw communications, marketing, and social media strategy for USA GOLF prior and during the 2020 Tokyo Games. My role included traveling to Tokyo to create content across the USA GOLF social channels while also managing the website, press strategy, and assisting with athlete relations. The USA GOLF Instagram account added more than 7,000 followers, and I grew the Tik Tok account from 0 to 10K in less than a week.
PGA TOUR Influencer Marketing
In 2018, I helped launch the PGA TOUR's first Influencer Marketing program. While launching the program from scratch, I built relationships with A-list celebrities, YouTube stars, athletes from other sports, and local micro influencers. I led the strategy to get these personalities to PGA TOUR events to experience the brand and share their experience with their audiences. The program led to millions of free impressions and engagements for the PGA TOUR and its athletes and is a strategy still used by the PGA TOUR today.
Team Boss Bodies Instagram Consulting
In 2020, I was hired by Team Boss Bodies, a women's bodybuilding team, to assist their coaching staff with building their Instagram profiles. I assisted five coaches with daily Instagram strategy, posting, and management for six months. The work resulted in 10,000 collective new followers across the coaches accounts. Since the work with Boss Bodies, the company has expanded its brand significantly on Instagram and now has a significantly larger client roster.
Max Effort Muscle
I work with Max Effort Muscle on social media and marketing strategy. The brand is run by Cory Gregory and Dustin Turner and located in Newark, OH. It is a supplement brand with some of the best products in the industry.
Kiki McClellan Website + Email Marketing
My wife is an IFBB Bikini pro and has a client roster of more than 60 women. I help her manage all aspects of her business, including social media management, email marketing, website development/maintenance, and more.
